Appraisals
The appraisal process benefits people in a wide variety of situations. We regularly complete appraisals for domestic cases, probate matters, insurance claims, bankruptcy proceedings and civil litigation.
When hiring an appraiser, several criteria may be used to ensure your appraisal meets with your expectations. Not only is the appraiser required to have expertise in the items under review, but his report and resume must meet with the approval of all parties.

Education
"That's what they're saying!" has been the trademark of The Ohio Auction School for years; Mike Brandly serves as Executive Director and Lisa Mantle is School Administrator.
The Ohio Auction School provides pre-licensing auction education twice annually to aspiring auctioneers. Additionally, auctioneer continuing education classes are held at our facility.
Mike also teaches CLE classes for attorneys concerning real estate at auction, and frequently conducts real estate CE classes throughout the state of Ohio.
